Product Returns
Return and replacement of products is accepted within 7 days from the day of receipt, and after telephone contact on 210 5748501.
Replacement cost is 4.5€. It includes return and shipping costs of the new product, which you pay by cash on delivery. Shipment should be done with the courier that we will indicate to you, otherwise the customer will charge the costs that will arise. Returns are admissible only if the product has not been used and is as you have received it. In case of a return, the amount of the products cost is fully refunded (shipping costs are not included).

Cancellation of order – Withdrawal Right

You can cancel your order before shipping or return it after receiving it within 7 days by calling 210 5748501 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Returns are admissible only if the product has not been used and is as you have received it.

The refund is made within 10 days by depositing into the customer’s bank account if the order have being paid by cash on delivery or by cancelling the transaction if the payment was by card. On the refund, the customer charges with the return cost which is 3€ (in case of return of a defective product or error in the order, the customer is not charged with expenses).
